T. David Hasbrook is a Hasbrook & Hasbrook attorney who concentrates on personal injury and insurance law in Oklahoma. A former Judge Advocate General’s Corps lawyer who retired from the Army Reserves as a Colonel, he is admitted to practice in every Oklahoma state court and before the United States Supreme Court.
David earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 1975 and his law degree in 1978. He served more than four years of active duty as an Army lawyer, gaining trial experience, before continuing his military career in the Army Reserves from 1982 until his 2006 retirement.
His practice focuses on representing people injured by another party’s negligence, in both state and federal court. He is admitted before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court, and has belonged to the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Association for Justice.
David’s early practice in Oklahoma City emphasized business litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants before he shifted toward helping injured people recover for their losses. For the last twenty years he has concentrated on personal injury and insurance law.
